Next Tuesday, I’m leaving on a two-week trip to Europe. I feel totally unprepared and will spend this weekend in a cleaning and packing frenzy. I haven’t had more than three days off in over a year, so I’m ready for a break. At the same time, I’m needlessly stressing myself out about finishing what seems like an endless to-do list before we leave. My diet has not been great lately. A lot of trips to Starbucks. Too much processed stuff. Too much sugar. I’m actually excited to get back and start cooking and eating better again. But… I’m going
